Mugs and Pugs Dog-Friendly 5K
Rainier Family Physical Therapy proudly continues to support BRIDGES: A Center for Grieving Children. BRIDGES serves as a support center for children ages 4-18 who are coping with a severely or chronically ill family member, as well as those who have experienced the death of a parent, sibling or friend. In years past, RFPT has held a charity bike-a-thon and similar 5K called "Mugs and Pugs" to raise awareness and funding for BRIDGES. Now, we host something slightly different, but just as fun! RFPT, along with BRIDGES, and Graham-Kapowsin High School, co-sponsor K95K a dog-friendly fun run! The K95K run/walk, takes place every October ! Since 2008, RFPT has helped raise over $45,000 in donations for BRIDGES .

2014 Run 4 Her Heart 5k
Rainier Family Physical Therapy was a proud sponsor for the 2014 Run 4 Her Heart 5k on Mar. 8, 2014 at the Emerald Ridge High School track. Did you know that heart-related diseases is the number one cause of death in women, more than any other disease-related illnesses combined? Proceeds from the event benefitted the Go Red For Women charity as well as the ERHS track and field team.
RFPT was on hand to provide pre-race stretch stations as well as offer Kinesio Taping® for both runners and walkers.
5th Annual Bike-a-thon for Bridges (2014)
For 5 years, RFPT put on a stationary bike-a-thon for Bridges: A Center For Grieving Children. 2013's event was on October 5 and it was a tremendous success! Thanks to all the volunteers who did such an excellent job and raised some essential funds for Bridges.

Graham Elementary Radios
The Sandy Hook tragedy made us all more conscious of the security in our schools.
In January 2013, we raised enough money to buy Graham Elementary 3 two-way security radios.
