WAYS TO PAY
 

Insurance

We accept most major insurance plans, L&I, and Motor Vehicle Accident claims. If your plan requires a co-pay or co-insurance, we require payment at the time of your appointment. All insurance plans are different. As a courtesy to you, we will call to find out your benefits. It is also highly recommended that you call as well so that you know your benefits. There are rare moments that we are given different information from you and will want to clarify it and make sure we are all on the same page.
 

Cash pay

We do accept cash payments for services at the time of your appointment in the event that you are not covered by insurance. We accept cash, check, and all major credit and debit cards.
 

Care Credit

We accept Care Credit as payment for services. This is a credit line specifically to pay for health services. This option is available for all patients who owe a balance (co-pay, co-insurance, deductible, cash pay balance) and can be applied for at www.carecredit.com or by coming into our office.
