Random Fact About Me: I have raised 6 service dogs and have a minor in French!


Why I Love RFPT: Kim and I have spent the last 15 years creating our dream clinic in which everyone has fun doing what they do – even the patients. It has become exactly as we were dreaming about and I love coming to work every day with everyone. These people are truly my family.


Favorite Flower: Iris.

Favorite Vacation Spot: Hawaii or anywhere tropical.

Dream is going to the Maldives.

Favorite Animal: Otters (besides dogs)

Favorite Activity: Walking or hiking with my dog, Duke, running, swimming, riding a wave runner

Professional Life: I received a BA in Elementary Education with a minor in French from Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, Illinois. After moving to the PNW, I started to pursue a PT degree. I worked as an aide in a local clinic before being accepted into PT school. I graduated in 2000 from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. I worked at the former Apple Physical Therapy in Auburn then moved to Physiotherapy Associates after having my first daughter. It was there that I met Kim.


Personal Life: I hail from Appleton, Wisconsin which is 1/2 hour south of Green Bay. It is where all of the NFL teams stay when they come to play the Green Bay Packers. I moved to Puyallup in 1995. I have two daughters. I have also raised 6 puppies in training and 3 became full-fledged service dogs. I have a personal dog, Duke, and 2 cats.
